Communication gaps often give rise to conflicts. In workplaces, where the entire operations are depended on effective communications, a lag might make situations bad. In my previous office I witnessed a similar stance. Our head of operations was initiating a delivery that needed to be sent to the client by the nest day. The transportation department was critically warned of no delay.
